Design in the shade of retro
In times when the word design is often associated with cool, sublime, minimalism, many of us tend to go back to the old and proven ideas. Retro style, more and more willingly invited into today's living rooms, also works well in the context of home lighting. For those who like to creatively combine "yesterday" and "today", we have launched new light sources - LED filaments.
The new series of products from GTV are four COB LED light sources designed for luminaires with E27 or E14 sockets. Due to their design and finish harking back to the appearance of the classic Edison bulb, these solutions are an original proposition for both more traditional and modern arrangements maintained in industrial climates. Regardless of whether they are used to complement decorative lamps or hanging lights in high loft spaces, LED filaments will play the first violin in virtually every scenario.
The intriguing design of LED filaments from GTV goes hand-in-hand with high performance. The applied Chip-on-Board technology (COB) facilitates the attaining of a smooth stream of light of high density and wide angle of illumination (360°), ensuring optimal illumination of all adjacent surfaces. Thanks to the proximity of the individual LED’s on the flat module, the light picture is uniform and has a consistent colour temperature. The warm-white light is obtained without pulsation or diffuse multi-point emission.
As an energy-saving LED light source, the filaments have a favourable ratio of luminous flux to the power required to achieve it. In the latest GTV range you will find products with a light output of 800 lm (power: 8 W) and 400 lm (power: 4 W), which are substitutes for traditional light sources of 60 W and 35 W respectively. In addition, the low power consumption of the components goes hand in hand with a long operating time - up to 40,000 hours. LED filaments from GTV can stand the test of time - both in terms of aesthetics and usability!
